I’m grateful and celebrate each day! I expected to get out this blog a day or two ago, but I am technologically improving each day. I ran into a challenge that required me to reset my lap top. I’m thrilled that talking it through with a helper in information technology allowed me to learn and fix my lap top myself. Thanks Ken!
This has been a very interesting week. I’m so in the flow of abundance. I have turned down some business partnerships that are not in 100% harmony with my definite major purpose. I am launching my wealth and life coaching business and what makes me unique is I also incorporate your health through neuroscience, nutrition, and exercise. I’m negotiating out a potential facility to offer a program for families that will also benefit a non-for-profit that is close to my heart. Finally, I have made a verbal agreement with the Marvelous Mark Januszewski to have a joint partnership in a health and wellness endeavor. We are starting defining our purpose and plan after the launch of Go 90 Grow which is his network marketing skills training including an active “Think And Grow Rich” practice of which I am an affiliate and grateful lifetime member. I maintain my other business endeavors, and of course, my priority remains to be a leader for myself, my son, and society. There is not a more important job than my connection with myself and being a Golden Mom to my son.
As a helper and an outside observer to the world at large, it appears that I am not the only helper who was less than stellar at living up to my financial and leadership potential. What I learned from my own journey (and I find that which many helpers relate) is that we are so focused on helping others and as many causes as we can that we lose the vision and execution of helping ourselves. This is evidenced with our own personal wealth and sometimes even our health. We unintentionally do not put our maximum effort into the leadership role in which we so effectively can thrive as we are too distracted with our addiction to being a helper. For myself and many others I know, the subject of wealth and money are taboo. We feel (yes, we are those feelings people and self-righteous!) as if we are not servicing when being an unstoppable force in creating wealth. In fact, my Bodacious Blanca also known as my intellectual side states the facts. The fact is the more wealthy that I make myself; the more help that I can provide to others and the causes that I choose to service.

I promise to live my definite major purpose everyday which provides me with my personal pivotal needs of Liberty & True Health.
I always keep my promises! Golden Cathy Bea Hallihan
I give kindness as much as possible in my life. When I see that I can do better, I take accountability. I am moving slower with my blogs this year. This week, I need to share the kindness with myself to get my week 5 blog out as well.
The funny thing as we talk about giving is I have had many people ask me over the last two weeks if I am always this kind. I say thank you, and my goal is always to lead with kindness and love. You find a domino effect occur from this. This is the whole law of giving. In essence, what you give out will come back to you. Many times, it comes back greater if you keep your eyes and ears open.
What are you giving to the world today? We each have something. I give kindness, love, and encouragement as much as possible. I give gratitude and acknowledgement. I give regardless of whether or not it comes back as that is a part of love.
I am grateful and celebrate each day.
I promise to live and give to my definite major purpose which provides me with my personal pivotal needs of liberty & true health.
Watching the week 3 webinar sat with me in a few ways. The first is as Davene and Mark went over DMPs, I found that Liberty does seem to give me both time and financial freedom which is from where my brain was initially coming. It sits better with me when I read liberty over autonomy and gives me a huge feeling of joy so I have chosen to keep liberty. It was great to try on autonomy. I do require that as well, and all of the personal pivotal needs are met when we focus on our two primary needs. True health always sits with me. If you don’t have your health, what will anything else do for you?
I also am refining my own DMP. I remember going through DMPs last year. I tuned in to being even more detailed. Words and specificity are so important to train my brain to go after what I desire. Therefore, I have been able to improve it further.
The other link that I thought about with our changing weather and fall settling in is how appropriate it is to be reading Scroll 1 in Og Mandino’s The Greatest Salesman in the World. “Today I begin a new life. Today I shed my old skin…” Today, outside my place leaves are changing colors and they are shedding as I am changing to create a better version of myself with the many other members of the MasterKey Mastermind Alliance. What a beautiful and harmonious Universe!

Okay, so I am behind in my blogging which is not part of the good habits. However, I do forgive myself. Part of my journey last year was definitely realizing that driving to perfection is wonderful, but we are perfectly evolving human beings doing more to be a better version of ourselves. It is that time of year with large weather changes in Chicago throughout the day. For me, that seems to be the hard time for allergies in the early fall especially as well as late spring. Although my duration of sleep has been good, I was not waking up well rested. Is it possible to push past that…yes. However, that continues a viscous cycle of a lack of care. With health and wellness being one of my endeavors, I need to make sure that I am taking care of my own as one of my personal pivotal needs is true health.
Going through this program a second time had me lean in more to autonomy versus liberty. Last year, I was listening to that cast in the airport and remember being on the border of liberty and recognition for creative expression. The good news is no matter which personal pivotal needs you choose, you will find that you indeed get them all after accomplishing your chosen two. What I noticed this year is liberty, the financial freedom for which most people desire versus autonomy being the ability to come and go as you please. Autonomy is more important to me. I can not buy back time with my son to handle the responsibilities with him. Even some day, when he is an adult, I would still rather have freedom with my schedule over a little more money. The good news is that these needs come as a package deal.
I gratefully realized that I really have my needs met. Now it is a matter of manifesting them in a great abundance.
I am grateful and celebrate life everyday!

I am happy to be back doing my second round in the Master Key Mastermind Alliance. I have both new friends and continuing friends on this journey with me. I believe in ongoing journeys as if you want to maintain life changes and continually improve, it makes sense to keep and improve your daily practices.
I always love the story of the Golden Buddha as the analogy reigns true. My little one is just a young second grader, but he comes home with interesting statements and questions at times already. I work with him on objective facts versus subjective opinions and allow him to see that anything can be improved with practice. It is critical that I lead that example for myself and for him as I am his role model.
If you have not read my blog before, I have attached last year’s week 1 which includes the Golden Buddha.
This year, I am fine tuning my DMP. Continued progress and improvement are critical to be my best, most Golden self. Another key, no pun intended, is right there in scroll 1. “If I must be a slave to habit, let me be a slave to good habits.” I continue to develop good habits to service my purpose. When we change our world within, which is our thoughts, and follow that with action, our world without (outside world) matches.
