Week 18-MKMMA 2016: Living in the Present

This month’s scroll is “I will live this day as if it is my last”.  We have also been reading obituaries everyday.  What do you think the man or woman you are reading about would give to have one more day on this earth?  What legacy am I going to leave the world?  Legacy does not need to mean money.  It can be my kindness, helpfulness, smile, etc.  My first gratitude of everyday is for waking up in the morning.

As someone into health and wellness and with a nice family history of longevity, I see myself living into a ripe old age.  This is never a guarantee so what am I giving back to the world for this gift of I have been given of the present day?  Am I using my gifts to the best of my abilities?  I am enjoying being present and sitting on these questions as my journey continues.

I promise to live my definite major purpose which supplies my personal pivotal needs of liberty and true health.

I always keep my promises.  Cathy

Today and everyday, I am grateful.
